Return Policy


No returns will be accepted unless the item(s) are grossly misrepresented(Ex.: Stain or defect on item due to manufacturer handling). Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) in order for us to review your return. We will not accept returns after the 48 hour period from which you received your item(s). 

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and sending the item(s) back to us in their original selling condition and will be subject to inspection. Once the item(s) are received from the customer upon inspection, then a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. New item(s) will not be sent. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

We do, however, accept exchanges for a different size(if stock is available). Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) in order for us to consider your exchange request. We will not start the exchange process after the 48 hour period from which you received your item(s). In order for us to offer exchanges, the customer will be responsible for paying ALL return shipping and handling costs (this includes return shipping and sending the item(s) back to the customer again). Item(s) must be in their original selling condition and will be subject to inspection. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Please note that we can only offer one exchange per transaction. It may include multiple items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you do not agree with paying all shipping costs, then unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.

Original selling condition means that the item(s) are in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.

In all cases, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare instance that this might happen, the customer should contact his/her local post office and file a claim with them. We will not issue a refund or send any new items.
